T-Mobile confirmed today that the carrier will be selling Apple products starting some time in 2013. Although T-Mobile did not elaborate as they plan to release more details “soon”, the iPhone and iPad are the obvious candidates out of Apple’s product lineup which the carrier could sell.
T-Mobile is the last of the four major U.S. carriers to sell Apple products and it’s been rumored for years that T-Mobile would be offering them. Back in June before WWDC, T-Mobile had been beefing up their iPhone-compatible network around the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
T-Mobile slyly mentioned the news in a press release today which was focused on the company’s finances, mentioning that the partnership with Apple would affect the carriers cash flow.
In addition, T-Mobile USA has entered into an agreement with Apple to bring products to market together in 2013.
