The Samsung GT-N5100 is making headlines again after SamMobile claims that the device will be revealed at Mobile World Congress next month under the moniker Galaxy Note 8.0. The site says the tablet will have two versions – a WiFi version (the GT-N5100) and a 3G version (the GT-N5110).

SamMobile did not mention the CPU the Note 8.0 will include, although it’s been rumored that it will utilize the Samsung 4412 Exynos 4 Quad CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz. Also, as the tablet is part of the Note family, it will likely include the S Pen like the Note 1/2 and the Note 10.1. Samsung will probably use the Note 8.0 to compete with the Nexus 7 and iPad mini, especially since their current and past 7-inch tablets haven’t seen much in the way of fanfare.
