Verizon has announced that beginning April 15th, they’ll be changing upgrade cycles to 24 months rather than 20 months. When the change is put in place, Verizon will only offer you an upgrade discount after you’ve completed 24 months of the contract. The first customers who will be affected by this change will be those whose contracts expire after January 2014.
